Can I fix SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_ALERT after upgrade to 6.0SP2?

Upgraded from 6.0SP1 to 6.0SP2.
Error log shows:
failure ( 316): Error receiving connection (SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_ALERT - SSL client cannot verify your certificate.)
