Can I delete tmp directory under DefaultServer?

I'm trying to clean up my hard drive to reclaim disk space. I have JDev 11.1.1.5 installed locally on my computer. I notice under the DefaultDomain\servers\DefaultServer directory, the tmp directory is very big (25G). Can I delete this directory?

There are other directories in this directory as well, can you tell me which ones I can delete also please?
