can i delete incident trace files?

Hi,

My oracle home is full, i deleted all the trace files under BDUMP.
I want to delete trace files under $ORACLE_BASE/diag/prod/prod/incident folder, the files are having jan, feb and mar dated.
is there any impact on the database if i delete this incident trace?
and what are the other logs i can delete from the $ORACLE_HOME?
Kindly let me know..
