Can I check the number of CPU cores Oracle is using?

I use Oracle on AIX sever 7.1 system.

My server have 8 cores  CPU.

But I don't remember the license of oracle.

I want to check the number of cores on the server that Oracle uses.

And If you know AIX system, could you tell me how to check the memory that Oracle uses.
