Can I change default color palette with my own(mycolorpalette.pal)?

Hy to all,
n forms (6 or 10r2) in properties, oracle give a default color palette(visible then when i want set a color properties for item button,canvas ets).
I have found a rwblue.pal color palette and i and my user would like use that instead defaul.
Is it possible? and if yes,how can i do?
