Can dynamically put scroll bar position?

Hello Gurus,

I am using forms 10g and database 11g. In a multi record block I would like to place the scroll bar dynamically. According to my item size I would like to position the scroll bar in the canvas. Is it possible? If possible please then what the builtin we can use for this?
