Can both user's in OIM have same email address ?

Hi,

Email address is not marked as required in our recon fields.

If many user's have email attribute as abc@xyz.com, will those user get reconciled into OIM or will it throw any error ( i mean does the email filed should have unique value/ can two user's have same email in OIM) ?

Does OIM accept duplicate values for email field ?
