Can anybody please tell me maximum subject length java mail support?

Hi All,

I am trying to send mail with around 7000 characters subject length but SMTP server is not sending it successfully. I am also not getting any error/ exception while calling Transport.send(Message) method.
1) Can you Please tell me maximum length that smtp support?
2) How to find it?
3) Is It depend on SMTP host or other proerties?
