My company has started using JDE E1 little over a year ago. Nobody has yet attempted the setup of carriers that have pricing structure that looks like this.
What I have done so far:
I have created a Carrier Zone for Region 1 & Region 3.
Region 1 includes States such as CT, DC, DE, MA, etc.
We have stores in most of these states so I used the appropriate store number as the Origin for the zone, e.g. Store # 1 in this example.
Store #1 is in state NY, which is Region 1.
When I send something from Store#1 in Region 1 to a customer in MA, I expect the system to return a minimum charge of $97.
When I send something from Store#1 in Region 1 to a customer in TX, I expect the system to return a minimum charge of $102.

I am not sure where I made the mistake.
Does anybody have experience with this setup? Any help is appreciated.
