Can a sql have same plan hash value and different execution time ?

Hello Guys,

This is the first time I am seeing this. I have a SQL that has same plan hash value but different execution time.

The query runs for 15 mins on some days and takes 4 hours some days and some times never completes.

The amount of data is same 7 million records, stats are upto date.

Any insights will be helpful.
