Can a package be recovered?

Hi,

By mistake I've replaced a package (both spec and body). I do not have any backup of the previous version of that package.

Is there any way to get the previous version back?
Does any option exist to flashback the package?

I'm using Oracle 10.2.0.2.0 database.
