Can a backup made on 32-bit be restored in 64-bit

Hi,

We have an Oracle 10g R1 database on Windows 32-bit environment. We have a full database cold backup made by RMAN.

My question is: can we restore the database from its RMAN backup files in a Windows 64-bit platform (being aware that Oracle software installed on the new environment is 64-bit)?
