Can 1 CRS home can accmodate more than 1 oracle home?

Hi,

please response to following queries?

1. Can we have more than 1 oracle-RAC home under 1 oracle CRS home? (for 2 separate databases)
2. I need to assign 2 separate public VIP (1 for administration and 2nd for application connection).Will there be any issue on this?
