CAMS (sscs) with Solaris 8 02/04 - connection failed

I am wondering whether anyone out there has had a similar problem to the one I have had on site... I am having to use Solaris 8 02/04 and am installing 6140 arrays, I am using CAMS 5.1.3 and have found that the SSCS fails to connect, I have seen this before and finished up installing CAMS 5.0.2, the sscs logs in fine on Solaris 8.

I have not found anything on Sunsolve or the Web to suggest that CAMS above 5.0.2 is not supported on Solaris 8, the Web Browser works fine.

Can anyone shine a light on this?
