CAM-CRP-1093 Unable to read the contents of the keystore

Hi All ,

I am on oracle 11G and we are using COGNOS reporting tool.

The application is down due to the following error :

The Cognos Gateway is unable to connect to the Cognos BI server. The server may be unavailable, or the gateway may not be correctly configured.

Please try again or contact your administrator.



When i login using : website/cognos8 , i get the following error :


DPR-ERR-2058 The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists.

Please try again or contact your administrator.




I checked the log :


it says :


cam crp 1093 unable to read contents from the key store

Since I dont know much about Java , I am not able to find a solution to this problem. Can anyone having a Cognos knowledge help me resolve this issue please.
