Calling forms runtime from application server to client machine(dummy)

Hi,
There are two server, one is application server, installed developer6i and erp packaged, second is database server, installed oracle9i.
Now at client machine(only operating system is installed),i want to access the erp package throug shortcut(path is taken from application server for forms runtime). But when i try to call ifrun60 from application server to my client machine,it is giving message
"internal error:FRM-91113 can not get the default resource file name".while i shared the folders(where developer6i and erp package is installed) at application server and mapped it at client machine.
I know there are so many options two run the application(erp) at client machine.
1)Install the developer6i and configure to net easy at client machine.
2)Install the citrix server at application server and citrix client at clinet machine
3)Install the terminal server at application server.

But i don't want to use any of these option because of extra expanses.
Can anyone help me to overcome to this problem.

Thanks
Vinay Kumar Garg.
