Calling a report from menu

I had create a report with paper layout only. As per my client requirements I didn't create any web layout format. Now at this point I have two question ?
1. How can I call the report from menu ? Is it required to call .rep file ?
2. If, I make a call the report from menu and ask to print the out put in screen, is system will show this in IE browser ?

Any one please help me.
