Call Page In Another Application

First, I Want To Call A Page in a Another Application From a Button In The Current Application Using URL Redirect, I Want Know The Exact Syntax For That, And Also How To Passing Parameters When Calling A Page in URL.

Second, When Calling The Page in a Another Application, It Goes First To the Login Page 101, to enter Username and Password , I do not want this page to be Displayed or Bypass It.

Is there is a way to send a user name and password as a parameters, or session ?
