call NQSSearchIdentities issue

Hi Experts,

Sometimes,when I use 'Weblogic' to login the analytics and click the catalog, it will generate the following message:
Error retrieving user/group data from Oracle BI Server's User Population API.Odbc driver returned an error(SQLSetStmtAttrW).State:HY000.Code:10058.[NQODBC] [SQL_STATE:HY000][nQSError:10058]A general error has occurred.[nQSError:43081]Illegal operation attempted on a closed session. [nQSError:43113] Message returned from OBIS.(HY000) SQL Issued:{call NQSSearchIdentities('BOTH',GUID='783375101BF211E2BFD9238D43408D7A')}

So it will not find ot access any report. I must go to EM and retart all service ,it will be ok.
