Call DLL-function from Oracle Forms or Oracle DB

Hi!

I want to call a Visual Basic DLL from Oracle Forms 6i (or directly from the database). The function in the DLL takes 3 varchar parameters and returns a boolean.

The in parameters are; domain, username and password. The function verifies these parameters against the NT user system.

If you have another suggestion about how to verify these parameters against the Windows Active Directory or NT I would be glad to hear about them.
