Calendar Picker for forms 10g

arms777Jan 11 2012 — edited Sep 24 2012
Hi, I am using forms builder ver.10.1.2.0.2. I have been using forms developer 6.0 and 10g but i don't have any idea how to use a calendar(date picker) for the dates in my form. I am not familiar with .jar files, java beans, .pll and olb. I tried researching on how to use date picker using .pll and .olb but i always encounter so many errors. Is there a way to use date picker without using these things. Or can anyone please give me a step by step procedure on how to go about it. I am very sorry but i am new to these things.

I tried following a certain tutorial (http://sites.google.com/site/craigsoraclestuff/oracle-forms---how-to-s/forms-how-to-use-a-calendar-in-a-form) i found on the internet but when i compile my module (step 11), i encountered several errors similar to this:

Error 201 at line 1, column 1
identifier 'BL_CAL_PKG.V_NEXT' must be declared

How do i find BL_CAL_PKG.? I do not know how to resolve this. If anyone can understand my predicament, please help. Thanks a lot.
