Calculation Problem

Guys

i have three columns
1) colA
2) colB
3) ColC

how can i calculate percentage amount in ColC? ColB is percentage and ColA is amount also it shows percentage sign in ColB after user entered discounted amount

its showing the percentage sign if give "%" in the format mask. and i give the formula to ColC (blk.ColA/blk.ColB)*100 but it not accepting.
