Calculating averages

I need help with calculating averages for three different time period and displaying it together on a graph. I have sales detail table with sales date, sales amount, sales region and sales week number for 8 weeks. I have a task where i have to display the sales for the first week, calculate the average of sales amount for week 1 - 4 and also calculate the average of sales amount for week 1 thought 8.
North South East West
Week 1 1.2M 2M 0.9M 6M
4 Week Avg 1.2M 1.5M 1.2M 5M
8 Week Avg 1.6M 1M 1.5M 7M
The case statement does not work and at the answers side i am unable to apply filter to sales amount by week number. How can i handle this in the RPD so that i can do calculations at the back end and just display the results in the answers.
Any help would be appreciated.
