Calculating Amount By an item and Column

Hy ,

I want to calculate Net amount by Calculation of

Formula: "Sum(Amt) - Disc"

I am trying to do it by dynamic action set value to "Net Amt" calculation between an item and a grid column but can't generate a result. Please Guide Me How can i Possible it..
