Calculated column in RPD vs REPORT

Hi all,


My query is like i have to use few calculated column. But i need to use it in only single report. So which is better performance wise .To create those columns in RPD or in Report by changing the criteria. Almost 50 calculated columns required and each calculated item will be used only once in different reports
