Calculate the previous 3 months

I want to calculate the last 3 months on basis of sysdate in 3 separate columns. I get the previous month by executing the following SQL statement: 
select EXTRACT(MONTH FROM TRUNC(SYSDATE,'MONTH')-1)mn1 from dual
The current month is JULY, so how i could get 05, 04 as output .
