Calculate Salaries of Direct and Indirect staff

I want to calculate the salaries of direct and indirect staff to every employee in SCOTT.EMP.
I want to display like this

KING 383838 (for e.g.)
ALEN 32344
xxx ---
xxx
xxx
xx

I know connect by will be used but not know the exact use.
