Calculate Number of Processes

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to calculate the maximum number of processes I can configure on 11gR2?

We are running on a Linux box with 98GB of RAM and 12 quad-core CPU's. We have 40gb allocated to SGA and 16GB to PGA. We are not using AMM as Huge Pages has been configured.

We currently have 800 processes (1224 session, 1346 transactions) configured. Shared servers is 1.
