Calculate database availability using the back end database of the Cloud Control

Hi,

I'm trying to query the back end Oracle database of our Cloud Control 13c to determine database availability as per the BI Report that the Cloud Control can produce. I've had a look at some tables and views in SYSMAN but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. Can anyone give me a push in the right direction?
