calculate CPU and RAM for Production DB

Hi experts,

I have some confusion please explain ,
In my Organization we are configuring new Production database. "PP_collection_record" table in database which size will around 70GB and some small size table which all size will around 15GB. And major work will be on "PP_collection_record" table.

Now in my office they ask with me how much hardware (RAM & CPU) required for this production. My question is, How should i calculate CPU and RAM???
