Calculate Age on specific date - SQL

Hi..

I want to calculate age of an employee on particular specific date in SQL.

For Example:

If date of birth of an employee is '25-JAN-58'. Now what his  age on '31-03-16' in format of Year, Month and days.

Please Help...!!
