Calc Script vs. Business Rule

I have a calc script the runs in 20 seconds. I hard code 2 members that are passed in the business rule.

The Business rules takes 8-10 minutes. I tried from Workspace/Planning and from Smartview.

When execute the calc script from Smartview, it runs in about 20 seconds also.
