Cache not refresh when user define exception raised on OAF

Hi

I am using PL/sql for raising an user define exception on oracle customer online page.
After exception fire , I am keep on geting the same exception message even for the valid conditions
.Untill and unless i re-query the party.

Can you please let me know how can we refersh the page using pl/sql
