Cache issue - Login/Logout.

Hi,

I have apex installed wtih v3.1.1

Integerated the authentication with Active Directory. Whenevery a user gives a wrong password, he is not able to enter for few hours even though he gives the right password in the next attempt.

When I logout, and use the back buttons, my session is still active and I am able to perform all operations.

When I logout and and login immediately, it is not prompting me password, looks the password and other information is cached and resued.

Can you advise me what is wrong.?
