cache connect to oracle

573787Apr 21 2007 — edited Jan 10 2011
Hi ,

When i try connecting to oracle database through the cache connect to oracle cache administrator web interface it gives me the following error

ERROR in ttBackEnd.c, line 1083: prepare failed
ODBC Error/Warning = S1000, Additional Error/Warning = 8296
TT8296: TimesTen and Oracle database character sets do not match. TimesTen: US7ASCII, Oracle: WE8MSWIN1252 -- file "bdbConnect.c", lineno 1663, procedure "checkNLS()"

i tried all the combination of the character sets.

Also when i execute the character set query on my oracle database it returns we8mswin1252.

Could u please tell me what could be the solution for this.

Regards,
Jerry
