The cable chamber is a part of feeder and grouped to a conductor. When we decommission the conductor, the cable chamber also disappears from feeder focus. The cable chamber should remain visible in feeder focus even when the conductor grouped with the cable chamber is decommissioned.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Select the conductor which is to be decommissioned.
Step 2: Decommission the conductor
Step 3: Select another conductor, which is a part of the feeder
Step 4: Hit F key to do feeder focus
Issue: Cable chamber 6493 disappears

Note: The issue here is why decommissioning the cable would take the cable chamber out of the feeder focus? Does ICP removes the cable chamber too along with cable decommission? if yes then avoid taking the cable chamber when decommissioning a cable grouped to a cable chamber.
