CA-IDMS to Oracle Migration

Hi:

Has any one in this group please tell me whether they familiar with/know of the migration issues involved in migrating OS/390 COBOL application using CA-IDMS to Oracle on HP-UX or Tru64 Unix COBOL.

To what extent can this be automated? Are there any tools available in the market for such migrations? Does Oracle support them? How effective are these and what is the manual work involved after usage of the tool? These are few questions that I am having in my mind. Pls. your answers are very much appreciated.
