CA DataCom to Oracle 10g Migration

We're doing DB migration from CA Datacom DB to Oracle 10g. We think we have the initial migration and ongoing data capture process defined and working. For that we're using Informatica Power Exchange and Power Center. We need a way to compare the source and target Db's to periodically verify the data integrity during the test phase. We do have ODBC connectivity to the DataCom source. Something like Oracle DB Migration Verifier would be ideal but I don't think it exist for DataCom. Has anyone done a similar migration and could point me to any utility or some SQL scripts/process to help jump start our verification process?
