Our organization Optum has a listed validated app Stratus Enterprise Viewer integrated in PowerChart.
I used to have a provisioned user account “jsun”, it stopped working a while ago.
It's possible that account was associated with jia.sun@changehealthcare.com, now it need to be associated to my new jia_sun@optum.com
