sorry, i know this is not the right place to ask this question, but please if any one know the solution please help

C:\WINDOWS\BBSTORE\DSS\Dssagent.exe

i am using windows 98 on my pc, i have the file C:\WINDOWS\BBSTORE\DSS\Dssagent.exe on my PC.
Once by mistake i executed dssagent.exe, nothing happen after it, but it started running in the background. now whenever i start my pc this file is always running in the background, i have to stop it by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and then END TASK.

i dont want it to run in the background,
please help me,
