c# connect DB oracle, build in release and need run exe file release on winserver2016 then need install oracle ?

Hi everybody,

my project using c# connect DB oracle.

in localhost, I installed oracle and connect DB oracle OK.

But I want create batch job daily, call this exe on winserver2016.

I copy folder release to winserver2016 and want run exe file,

on winserver2016 then need install oracle which to exe file can connect oracle ?

please help me, thanks
