ByPass SSO Issue

Hello,

I have implemented SSO between OBIEE and R12 by using EBS-ICX cokiee method.

now i want distribute security among the users to allow/restrict some dashboards.

for that i am tryin to login to obiee by using URL

http://myserver:9704/analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard&NQuser=weblogic&NQPassword=welcome01

but it shows me the error

Sign In
Enter your user id and password.
Unable to Sign In
An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

User ID

PLease help me.
