bypass login page when using database account authentication

I created an application and assigned Database Account authentication using a customized aunthentication function. I created a link to my app on our website but I receive a login page when accessing this app. I am already logged on to the database via website and do not want to prompt user to log on again.

Is there any way to bypass this page???
