By Using WLST Script how can i add number of users and assign roles to the users in a simple way on

I want to use the WLST script to create 50k users in BI Publisher who already exist in OBIEE. For Ex: We have 50k users in OBIEE, so the same users need to be created on BI Publisher. So I don't want to create manually for every user and assigning roles in BI Publisher. I am planning to do it quickly and automatically. I'm looking for steps, and any inputs from anyone would be much appreciated.
