By mistake some archive files got deleted.Getting ORA-19625 during RMAN bkp

Hi All,

By mistake some archive files are deleted form my Database and even i don't have the backup of those files. And when i'm trying to take backup using RMAN but not able to take, getting error ORA-19625.

Please help me on this topic.
