Buying a Smart Card / Java Card

Hi all,
please give me your response on what kind of smartcard / java card I need to buy?
My company already bought a "Gemplus GCR432" Smart Card Reader!
but I have not bought ne smart cards yet to test my applications! I live in Michigan/U.S... is their ne stores at which I can buy smartcards? or if I have to order only
1) what is the website address?
2) What kind of best card recomendations would u make?
3) Just testing my own test applications out so no need for very pricey or secure card
4) My system is win 2000 server, JDK 1.3.1
