I’m working on an Oracle APEX app (in the free workspace) where I’ve added a Create button on Page 28 (an Interactive Report) that redirects to Page 29 (a modal form). The button is placed in right to search bar, has no conditions or authorization applied, and works fine when it appears. However, it behaves inconsistently: sometimes it shows up in the browser, and sometimes it doesn’t — without any changes made. It never shows in the mobile app (PWA), even after reinstalling or refreshing. I’ve tried clearing cache, checking templates, and recreating the button, but the issue persists. I need help understanding why the button is not rendering reliably and how to ensure it shows consistently on all devices.
