Button DELETE does not delete the record

Hi,

Under APEX 24 I have a form with the standard processing of the form “Automatic processing (DML)”. When I click on the button delete, the warning message appears well. But the record is not deleted. The delete button Submit the page and Database Action is “SQL Delete action”.

I could not locate an error in the Debug messages.

How to correct this problem ?
