Business Rules Run in EAS but not in Planning

Hello,

I can validate it and run it in EAS but when i try to launch it in Planning ver 11.1.1.3 it gives me the following error (job console) # 1012004: Invalid member name xxxxx ... The member is valid and the business rule is correct.. I also checked the logs (hbrserver, hbrlaunch and application logs) the same error is there ...

Is it a bug?
