I need to figure out how to allow end users to assign a processor to work/research certain rows in an interactive report.
Currently, they can click on the edit icon, go to a different page, and select the processor to assign that record to. But this is very tedious to do one at a time.
Is there a way to allow them to select a group of records and assign a processor "in bulk"? Alternatively, can I make the userID field show the current assignment (pulled via sql from a table) OR a list of processor IDs that they can choose from.
Conceptually, I understand how to do this, but within the apex app, I feel like I'm clicking around randomly trying to figure out where to embed the code and how to get the name of the elements. I'm utterly new to apex. This is my first app and let's say "I'm quite turned around".
